Join “Toastmasters” they are better then anything you can take, which I don’t think there is anything.

Go to the Herb store and ask for Bach Flower Remedys There is a booklet with symptoms and the flower remedy for each symptom. It does work.

hey! i don’t think natural remedies will really help u get over ur shyness and fear of public speaking. just think of having fun and being urself. i know its hard becuase i was pretty shy b4 2. just act like u would at ur own house and just know what ur gonna say, and just maybe having a nic hot shower before doing things like that or sniffing lavender oil can help.

The B vitamins are calming, and alleviate anxiety. Also, green tea, before noon, has an energizing and calming affect. Stay hydrated – to give your brain a chance to do its best work, and take ten deep breaths in through your nose, then out slowly through your mouth. And 8-10 hours of sleep, rising and sleeping at the same time, helps the brain work at its optimum as well. It works for me – enjoy the experience. Have a healthy and happy leap year!

I have taken a product from Young Living called Valor for public speaking. It truly works. I did not have the anxiety that I normally would talking in front of 300+ people. Valor is an essential oil and would not be without it. I just put a couple drops on my hand and then apply it to the back of my wrists.
