As someone said, waiting 8 to 10 days is too long but I do not think that people have had to wait that long for online purchases since the days of the Pony Express.

One that I have used for head lice (and the bottle says pubic lice as well) is called NitFree from Kleen-Free. You may want to look at that product as it is chemical free and should be fairly gentle on your skin.

And you could likely ask them how long to ship to you as well or pay a premium for faster shipping.

I do not think so: you could try a tea tree oil based shampoo, but a commercial preparation like Quillada (benzyl benzoate is the active ingredient) is guaranteed to work.
